You have the right to return the products you bought, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, exactly as defined by Law 2251/1994 no. 3e par. 1
Products are returned at the customer’s expense to the address Ploutarchos 1 Str., Postal Code 57013, Galini, Thessaloniki.
Returns are only accepted on ready-to-deliver products, as long as the products are in the same condition in which you received them, unsealed or unopened, together with the legal documents that accompanied them. Made-to-order products are non-returnable.
In case of a defective product, the policy followed by our store is fully compliant with Law 2251/1994 no. 3b par. 1 sec. l & i as well as no. 534 ff. of the Civil Code.
Refunds are available.
Depending on the payment method you chose during your order, the refund will be made accordingly:
- Credit Card: The ammound will be credited to your card within 1-3 working days.
- Cash on Delivery: You will need to provide us with a bank account to process a refund within 1-3 working days.
In order to avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check the condition of the products and the intactness of the packaging at the time of delivery of your order, in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods, wrong items, etc.).
You must inform us of your wish to return the products you have purchased within the above-mentioned dates.
